the location suited our needs perfectly the room was very cute it included a balcony with a very nice view of the city
unfortunately the overall experience disappointed me the hotel seemed old and outdated the beds were stiff and uncomfortable no full-length mirror was available in the room cleanliness was lacking and the space lacked aesthetic appeal I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly. I found that acceptable.
I booked a room based on the images I saw online. It did not match what I received. My room was on level one. There were no windows in it, so there was no real circulation. I was quite disappointed by this room.

This hotel sits in a convenient location close to good food and the subway. I found the room clean and I was upgraded to a suite without cost. The receptionist was friendly. I really appreciated her great service and attention.
