Convenient Stay with Balcony Perks
good location convenient subway
The location offered easy access to both China Town and Little Italy! I appreciated the proximity to various dining options. The subway nearby proved convenient for reaching Midtown and Uptown, streamlining my travel around the area.
I noticed some noise in the room, a minor inconvenience. They also provided two separate beds, and I was travelling as a couple. I found a leftover bottle in the corner of the room.

My room included a balcony, which gave me some extra space! The wood floors were a nice touch. There were many windows, and a nice shower provided hot water consistently.

The service was excellent, the staff displayed a warm and inviting attitude. I found the check-in process efficient. One gentleman, Jack, offered really good help. He made my arrival smooth and stress-free.

stiff bed lacking cleanliness
the location suited our needs perfectly the room was very cute it included a balcony with a very nice view of the city
unfortunately the overall experience disappointed me the hotel seemed old and outdated the beds were stiff and uncomfortable no full-length mirror was available in the room cleanliness was lacking and the space lacked aesthetic appeal I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly. I found that acceptable.
I booked a room based on the images I saw online. It did not match what I received. My room was on level one. There were no windows in it, so there was no real circulation. I was quite disappointed by this room.

This hotel sits in a convenient location close to good food and the subway. I found the room clean and I was upgraded to a suite without cost. The receptionist was friendly. I really appreciated her great service and attention.
